NMSP: Info on CNAL
Cornell Nutrient Analaysis Lab (CNAL)

Soil testing is the basis for environmental and agronomical sound nutrient management on the farm and fertilizer recommendations for gardens and lawns. The Cornell Nutrient Analysis Laboratory conducts soil testing for commercial growers and homeowners. Soil tests are available for agronomic crops, tree and fruit crops, home gardens, and lawns, nurseries, and golf courses. It also supplies recommendations for lime, N, P, K, Mg and micronutrients.

In addition, CNAL processes soil, plant, and water samples for Cornell faculty programs as well as other clients. To learn more about the soil testing services provided by the Cornell Nutrient Analysis Lab, visit the CNAL web site at http://www.css.cornell.edu/soiltest/.
